By fixing the problem that put the oil in there is the first place. A small amount of oil on the threads wouldn't be a problem, but you said a lot, and I assume coating the electrodes of the plugs. Bad news I'm afraid.

What you have is oil blow by. Normally when you get blow by one of two things are happening. First the piston rings are not turned far enough so that when the oil comes up around the skirt it'll run into the gaps and blow into the combustion chamber. The second is that the cylinder is so worn that it allows the oil to pass the rings at the worn areas.

No oil should be reaching the combustion chambers.

If your have oil on your spark plugs, you have a problem. take it to a mechanic.
If the oil was on the 'outside world' end of the plug, it could just be bad o-ring seals in the plug 'wells'. To fix it, you'll need to pull the valve cover.

Not sure if Honda's are that way or not. Ante up $20 for a Haynes or Chilton's book to be sure. They're nice to have around anyway.
If you have oil on your spark plugs, you have bigger problems. More than likely the valve stem seals are worn and are allowing oil into the cylinders. The only fix is to have them replaced. Find a reputable shop and the job shouldn't cost more than a couple hundred bucks.
you have other problems. need to compression test each cylinder that has oil present. two things could be wrong, one could be the rings are not sealing anymore from high miles, got hot a few times, or not changing the oil on schulded intervals. the other problem could be a bent push rod and or stuck valves. good luck!
Oil deposites on plugs huh? not good. Caused by excessive oil entering through combustion chamber through worn rings and pistons. Excessive clearance between valve guides and stems or worn or loose bearings. Changing your plugs with out correcting the problem will be a lose lose situation as you will corrode the new plugs instantly and your ignition system will be weak and drivability will be rough and poor.
honda engines are designed to blow up. at the very least i'd say your piston rings are worn out losing valuable compression. is there any exhaust smoke when you rev the engine up?
if your lucky you may just have a bad valve cover. was there any oil on the plug wires?
your not going to get the oil out of there, unless you rebuild the top half of the motor, depending on the miles you have on it , you may need to rebuild the entire motor, if thats the case go to advance auto and get a new reconditoined motor and thats alot cheaper then to buy a new car, but you will probably still get alot more miles out of this motor before it goes completley out
