Using the plug that is made by Ford,which is Autolite no.5144 you would have a .054 gap. Plugs are usually pre-gapped but it is wise to double check anyway.

If you go to Champion Spark Plug's website and look up the plug for your car, it will list the correct gap.( I'm not a Ford Man, so I would take the money for the new plugs and put it towards buying a GM car.)
Best if you call you local auto parts store and ask them to give you that info...
