If the car was doing mostly city driving you can take a long road trip to burn some of the soot and carbon off of it but it is no guarantee. You'll need to physically change it when it is time.

You mean Dave's Magic Spark Plug Fluid? LOL No, they need to be replaced if they are worn out.
Regular fuel system cleaner can make a little bit of a difference. Something along the lines of Gum Out or any other fuel injector or carburetor cleaner. I know how hard it is to get to those some times, I've bent in ways I didn't know I could bend to change them. You're probably better off changing them all at the same time, if you change the rest and just clean those you'll be a bit %26quot;out of balance%26quot;. Probably not a big deal, but it can become one if other problems are present.
change them yourself if you want to save money, they aren't hard to replace, i changed the plugs in my 06 cobalt in 20 minutes, the ones in my friends 05 Mazda 3 in 20 minutes, and the plugs in my old '78 Ford F-250 in 25 minutes and that was because i had to deal with wires as well. youtube has an unimaginable amount of how-to videos on it, try and find out how to do it with your ride, and keep in mind that most AutoZones and O'Reilly's stores will loan you the tools you don't have. and yes, definitely change them all at the same time, they tend to all go out at the same time, so if you don't you'll just have to change them next week.

You can try injector cleaner. Available at most parts stores.
spark plugs are like $4 and you can do it yourself very easy nothing to spray they sell stuff but dont but it u would waste money
