I have to change 8 spark plugs in my truck, I have the tools to do so, I'm just not sure what size tools I need to use to get the spark plugs out.

5/8 plug socket. And run over to dodge and get a new wire set for it. You'll need em after stressing the crap out of the old ones to remove from plug.
when you buy the plugs walk over to the tool aisle and try it. but i suspect it is 13/16%26quot;
